The Slate provides a sports analytics and information service. Our picks, analysis, and related content are produced using data aggregation, AI-assisted research, and human editorial review. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Not Financial or Gambling Advice

All picks, analysis, predictions, and content provided by The Slate are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Sports betting involves substantial risk. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal to use this service. By using The Slate, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription Terms

The Slate offers two paid membership tiers: Standard at $10.00 per month and Pro at $20.00 per month, each billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

• —Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain paid access until that date.
• —We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your billing period. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date.

6. User Conduct

By using the service, you agree not to:

All picks, analysis, editorial content, data, design, and other materials on The Slate are the exclusive intellectual property of The Slate. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any pick or analysis. We are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
